Store Policy

Every customer has 7 days to return non-special order merchandise
The customer will be notified if the item was special ordered.
Due to the nature of electronic tuners, handheld or otherwise, tuners do not apply to our return policy.
If the unit encounters problems the manufacturer must be contacted by the customer.
A 22% restocking fee will be subtracted from the buyer's refund. No exceptions.
AMH does not allow exchanges. Please ask all questions before ordering.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and all return shipping fees.
AMH will need to issue a Return Merchandise Approval Number (RMA) before the buyer can return an item.
Returns without the RMA will be denied and returned to the buyer.
All return mechandise must be in original condition and packaged in original packaging.

Shipping Policy

The buyer is responsible for requesting insurance for their shipment and any additional fees for that insurance request.
AMH is not responsible for damages incurred while in transit, or lost shipments.
Free shipping, if offered, is via UPS Ground and within the continental U.S. only.
All shipments going outside the continental United States will incur additional fess. These fees must be paid before items are shipped.

Performance Disclaimer

The purchase of any performance enhancing modifications shows that the customer has made a decision on his own to purchase said items and American Musclecar Hardware has in no way the responsibility of any problems or damages that can occur for said modifications. American Musclecar Hardware has no responsibility for any off-road use only items purchased and how they are used by our customers. It is the customers responsability to ask weather an item is for Off-road use only.
